The Body of Christ is so diverse and God has given me the music of a number of different styles which include classical, jazz, Latin, Celtic, Hebrew, Country, etc. Though my style is very diverse it tends to be very relaxed. I call it "Smooth Gospel".
It is all full of the Word of God. Some of the songs are directly from scripture. When I score the music, I generally include the scripture references. It is meant to deliver the Word in such a way that people who are saved will continue to search the scripture. It can be used as a tool to minister. Also, Ministers can use the songs to introduce and enforce their message.
I also hope to help shed light on untapped talent. I have used singers from various age groups. I am always on the lookout for just the right voice for my songs. I think my group is a wonderful example of how God gives us each different gifts, but together, we can make something beautiful.
